Account & data

Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Dracore online account and all of its data yourself, at any time, directly in the app. It takes about ten seconds.

Effective date: 16 September 2026Last updated: 16 September 2026Applies to: Dracore for iOS

You may not have an online account at all. Dracore only creates an anonymous online account if you have played online duels or turned on Cloud Backup (which is off by default). If you have only played offline, nothing about you is stored on our server — just delete the app to remove your progress.

Delete your online account in the app

  1. Open Dracore

Launch the app on the iPhone you play on. An internet connection is needed for this step.

  2. Open Settings

Tap the gear (settings) icon at the top right of the screen.

  3. Find the Online section

SettingsOnline — scroll down if needed. This is also where Cloud Backup is switched on or off.

  4. Tap “Delete online data”

SettingsOnlineDelete online data. If you don’t see this button, no online account exists on this device and there is nothing on our server to delete.

  5. Tap “Delete permanently”

Confirm on the sheet that appears. Cloud Backup is switched off, the account token is removed from your Keychain, and your online account and all cloud backups are permanently erased from our server immediately. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted — and what doesn’t

Data“Delete online data”
Anonymous online account (ID and token hash)Permanently deleted, immediately
Your warden name held on the serverPermanently deleted with the account
All cloud backups of your savePermanently deleted, immediately
Duel records you took part inUnlinked from you immediately; only an anonymous outcome, turn count and timestamps remain
Progress saved on your iPhoneKept — you can keep playing offline

Server logs contain only pepper-hashed IP tags and timestamps, not your account details, and are kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Remove your local progress too

  1. Delete online data first

Follow the in-app steps above if you have ever used online duels or Cloud Backup. This also removes the account token from your iPhone’s Keychain.

  2. Delete the app

Touch and hold the Dracore icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App. iOS removes your local progress. If iCloud save was on, a copy stays in your own iCloud so a reinstall can restore it; to erase that too, open the iOS Settings app → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage and delete Dracore’s data (or turn off iCloud save in Dracore before deleting the app).

Why the order matters: Dracore keeps your anonymous account token in the iOS Keychain, which iOS may preserve even after the app is deleted. If you delete the app without first deleting your online data, a reinstall could reconnect to the same online account. Deleting online data in the app first removes the server account for good.

If the app is no longer installed

If you can’t use the app — for example, you deleted it or no longer have the device — email us and we’ll help:

  1. Email support@dracore.app

Use the subject “Data deletion request”. Email a deletion request

  2. Tell us how to find your account

Because accounts are anonymous, include your warden name, the approximate date you last played online or backed up, and your device model. Never send passwords — we will never ask for one.

  3. We confirm and delete

If we can reasonably identify the account, we will delete it and its backups and confirm by email, within the time required by law (usually within 30 days).

If you reinstall Dracore on a device where the Keychain token still exists, you can also simply follow the in-app steps above.
