Purchases & Refunds

Straight answers about money in Dracore.

Effective date: 16 September 2026Last updated: 31 October 2026Applies to: Dracore for iOS

The in-game Market exchanges coins for supplies and equipment. Crafting uses collected materials. Those actions do not charge a payment method or create a subscription.

Purchases today

Optional fixed-amount coin packs are included in the production release configuration and use Apple’s purchase flow. If that build is distributed through TestFlight, purchases run in Apple’s sandbox. Public App Store sale depends on Apple’s review and release decision. There are no subscriptions, and coins can also be earned through play.

Coin packs

The packs are optional, fixed-amount consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. They grant 600, 3,000 or 9,000 coins. Apple shows the localized price and currency before confirmation. Purchased coins do not expire and may be used only for ordinary items in Dracore’s in-game Market. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money. Random map finds and battle drops remain gameplay rewards; coin packs do not directly award randomized or battle-exclusive items. Standard items remain earnable through play.

  • Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store, using the payment method on your Apple Account, under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Dracore does not receive or handle your payment details. Apple provides transaction information needed to verify and deliver the purchase.
  • The purchase sheet shows the final localized price, taxes and currency before you confirm.
  • Purchases are optional and one-time; no subscription is created.

Advertising and ad removal

The production release configuration uses live AdMob identifiers for its top gameplay banner and optional reward videos; development and test builds may use Google test units. Ads in an App Store-channel build distributed through TestFlight use live identifiers; TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox. Public App Store ads are available only if Apple approves and releases the production build. Advertising is available only to users who select “I am 16 or older” and pass required Google UMP checks. Google Limited Ads mode is enabled before SDK initialization and every banner or reward load; requests are also non-personalized, publisher personalization is disabled, and Publisher First-Party ID is off. Dracore does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization. Google may still process device and interaction data as described in the Privacy Policy; these settings do not mean zero SDK collection. There are no interstitial ads. A completed reward video grants one choice of 50 ordinary coins, one Roast Haunch or one Healing Draught per rolling 24 hours. Skipping a video does not block play. Remove Ads Forever is a one-time, non-consumable Apple purchase that disables banners and reward videos and substitutes a random daily reward from the same three choices. The video and Remove Ads daily reward share one rolling 24-hour allowance. Ads and the Remove Ads offer are unavailable to people who choose “Under 16 or prefer not to say.” Restore Purchases is included. Public App Store availability depends on Apple’s review and release decision.

Refunds

Because Apple handles all App Store payments, refunds are requested from Apple, not from Dracore — we are not able to issue refunds directly. To request one:

  1. Visit Apple’s problem-reporting site

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

  2. Choose “Request a refund”

Select the reason for your request and choose the item.

  3. Submit and wait for Apple

Apple reviews the request and lets you know the outcome, usually by email.

If something you bought isn’t working, email support@dracore.app as well — we’ll do everything we can to fix it.

Family & parental controls

Apple’s Screen Time and Ask to Buy features let parents and guardians block or approve App Store purchases on a child’s device. See Apple’s support pages for details.
